VERIFIED 2026-09-06 (master 72af08c). esphome_toolchain reports installed() (dashboard /version or venv), latest() (PyPI, Ethernet-gated, cached ~6h, offline-safe), min_version() (from firmware YAML), update_available, and per-seat device_versions(). update_to_latest() runs pip install -U esphome in the venv as a streamed job. SettingsPage ESPHome card renders Installed/Latest/Pinned-min + BELOW PINNED MIN chip + ‘Update ESPHome’ button (disabled unless update_available && eth_up) + Open Dashboard link.
