Grow-journal parity: action types with fields, reminders, manual notes + image upload from the dash, media on disk with retention

Operator direction 2026-09-07: journals are a grow journal in the consumer-app sense (Grow with Jane parity: water / feed / transplant / defoliate / train / flip / harvest actions with amount / EC / pH fields, notes, photos, stage tracking, reminders, charts over the log) but every entry is backed by the kit’s sensors (frozen snapshot_json). Build: action-type table with per-type fields and auto-snapshot flag (operator-definable custom types); reminders per plant/tent rendered as REMINDER alert cards sharing quiet hours (hub never acts on them); journal_media table with files under DSC_DATA/media (max 4 MB, resized to 1600 px, counted in the storage card, retention follows the journal unless set); upload from the dash entry composer and the phone camera; media included in per-journal download and the retire/harvest archive bundle.
