Alert snooze presets missing from Settings > Alerts > Delivery

FIXED 2026-09-14 (PR #271, merged 51bd0d3, deployed 21:1x, bundle index-BbJnQM1A.js). Brain: alert_prefs gains snooze_presets (1–8 whole minutes, 0 = until the next hub boot, one week max) + snooze_default_min, validated and journaled via PATCH /settings/alerts; POST /alerts/acks accepts minutes — a timed ack carries an ‘until’ epoch, drops out of the view when it runs out and is pruned on the next write; a new hub boot still clears all. SPA: Settings › Alerts › Delivery ‘Acknowledge presets’ row (chip toggles for the offered set, Segmented for the one-click default); the Alerts desk and the entity inspector share AckControl — ‘acknowledge’ over a duration picker that starts at the default, and while acknowledged the time left + un-acknowledge. Default stays ‘until hub boot’ so one click behaves as before; older brains keep the per-browser until-boot path. Verified live: /settings/alerts serves the presets; POST minutes=1 → until = acked_at + 60 s, DELETE clears, minutes 99999 → 400. Still unverified in a browser (no local brain can raise an alert): the toast/tone rising edge, as before. — ORIGINAL: Pass S3 (2026-09-07) shipped the alert catalogue, quiet hours, toast and tone, but the plan’s ‘snooze presets’ row on the Delivery card was deferred: the Alerts desk snooze (useAlertSnooze) has fixed durations and Settings offers no way to choose the preset set or a default duration. Add a brain-side preset list (e.g. 15 m / 1 h / until lights-on) editable on the Delivery card, consumed by the desk’s snooze control. Also still unverified in a browser: the toast/tone rising edge (no local brain can raise an alert) — check on the live hub after the hotpatch.
