WHAT: Every desk shows ‘DLI unavailable – needs canopy PPFD – no PAR sensor and no fixture calibration’. But the pieces to ESTIMATE DLI already exist: the fixture is known (SF1000 / 4×8 fixture), photoperiod hours are known (12h rail), and the Light page already has a maker PPFD-map card + CannaLib lights catalog. WHY: an estimated DLI (labelled ‘estimate, no PAR sensor’) is far more useful than a permanent blank, and matches the app’s honesty style (it already shows estimated energy ‘not a bill’). HOW: DLI = canopy PPFD (from the fixture’s maker map at the set intensity & canopy distance) x photoperiod seconds / 1e6; show it as ‘DLI ~X (estimate from SF1000 map)’. Requires importing the SF1000 maker map (the card already prompts for this). Extends the existing PPFD-map feature. Found live 8.2.0.
