Extension: a dry-run ‘shot plan preview’ on Root when no pump is bound – the brain already computes dry-back and P1-P3 steering; show what it WOULD irrigate

WHAT: Root says ‘No pump is bound, so there is no shot editor… the brain withholds irrigation acts rather than pretending. Steering still reads dry-back and reports the phase per probe.’ The steering already computes dry-back (-21%, -6.06%/h on Probe 2) and P1-P3 phases. WHY: even without a pump, showing the operator what the steering WOULD do (a preview shot plan) makes the intelligence visible and helps them decide whether to bind a pump – and validates steering before it can act. HOW: render a read-only ‘would-be shot plan’ (target VWC, next shot size/time, phase) tagged ‘preview – no pump bound, nothing is actuated’. Extends the existing steering + honest-withhold behaviour.
