Opportunity: surface ‘climate debt’ (time out of band) as a first-class number like the Light desk’s ‘deviation today’ – the hub already computes vpd band debt

WHAT: The Light desk shows ‘DEVIATION TODAY -7.85h’ – a clear ‘how far behind plan’ number. The hub already computes the climate equivalent (hub.values vpd_main_band_debt_hours = 18.0, light_debt_hours = 8.93, etc.) but the desks only show ‘in band Xh of 24h’, not the debt. WHY: a single ‘VPD debt today: 18h out of band’ number is more actionable than a fraction, and mirrors the light deviation the operator already understands. HOW: surface the existing band-debt values as a ‘debt today’ chip on the Climate/Overview VPD (and temp/RH) cards, consistent with the Light deviation. Uses data the hub already emits. (Also worth checking the debt counters actually advance – main+clone both read exactly 18.0.) Found live 8.2.0.
