Journal actions and fields
The twenty-one built-in journal actions, what each records, and how reminders key off them.

All built-in actions freeze a sensor snapshot. Typed actions exist on plant journals and zone journals (tents and zones you add, such as a cure fridge); room and Core take notes and photos.

Custom actions
A custom action has an id (lowercase letters, digits and underscores), a label, an icon, typed fields (number, text or choice) and whether it snapshots (off unless set). Custom ids cannot shadow a built-in. This release has no editor for them in the dashboard: they are saved through the brain API (PUT /journals/actions), and the plant journal's entry composer then lists them with the built-ins.
Reminder matching
A reminder counts only the same action in the same scope. Feed every 5 days on plant 2 is reset by a Feed entry on plant 2, not by a Water entry, and not by a Feed on plant 1.
