VERIFIED 2026-09-06 (master 093c83b). routes.ts mission entry no longer carries demoted:true and now reads subtitle “Alerts / Triage”; it sits at full nav tier with its existing content (HubLinkLine, KitPulse, alerts, NextRecommendedCard). Promotion done (PR #178). A dedicated Alerts/Triage visual redesign of the Mission page itself was explicitly NOT in scope and is not tracked as a separate item.
