VERIFIED 2026-09-06 (master 72af08c). esphome_jobs._run_job() runs esphome_bin() (the Pi venv CLI, from esphome_toolchain) via subprocess.Popen — no docker exec dsc-hub-esphome. When no local CLI is present and build_backend()==’dashboard’ it falls back to _run_job_via_dashboard() over the dashboard API; otherwise it points the operator at a venv esphome_bin setting or pi/flash-*-remote.sh. One venv serves both the dashboard and this queue.
