Brain: dsc_brain/zone_model.py + GET /zones, PATCH /zones/{id} — role grow/dry/cure/empty in space.extra_json, role_since + history, system journal entry per flip, ROLE_EFFECTS honest does/does-not list; 5 tests, suite 331 green. SPA: lib/zonesApi.ts, hooks/useZoneMeta.ts, role-aware useZones (Dry → Dry Mode rail, Cure/Empty → no band), Settings › Zones (ZonesSettingsCard: rename, role switcher, 3b before/after diff + effects in DecisionLayer), Overview role chip + ‘LAMP ON · ROLE NOT ENFORCED’ tag. Verified flip end-to-end against a local demo brain. OPEN: control-loop enforcement of the role (lamp dark lock, appliance allow-list, rule swap); ‘+ New zone’ and cultivar-from-CannaLib wait for zones beyond the kit’s two.
