New Settings -> System tab: tail brain/OS/docker logs (per-source configurable command, Pi defaults, offline-safe) + text download; brain log-verbosity select (DEBUG/INFO/WARNING/ERROR, persisted, restored at startup); Restart DSC-Brain / Restart network stack / Reboot Pi (configurable cmд, shutil.which gate -> ‘manual’ if unrunnable, demo-guarded, DecisionLayer confirms). ESPHome device table gains a per-row ‘Logs’ link to the dashboard device page. 4 tests.
