~660 hand-synced HA-shaped entity ids across two languages, with four client-side resolution layers

RE-SCOPED 2026-09-14 (held, not a fix-pass row): the static tables are no longer hand-synced — brain/dsc_brain/entity_tables.py is the single source, brain/scripts/gen_entity_maps.py emits frontend/src/lib/generated/*.gen.ts, and brain/tests/test_entity_maps_generated.py fails pytest on any drift. What remains is RUNTIME resolution: the hand-written device→metric matcher behind the pH-114 finding and ~12 SPA components that resolve entity ids themselves. The dev-ready spec is docs/design/plan-entity-resolution-ssot-2026-09-10.md (architecture epic, operator-scheduled). Title left as filed for traceability.
