Gap: ship starter automation rule templates – the rule list is empty (‘No rules yet’) and the builder starts blank; operators face a raw entity/operator/action

WHAT: Settings > Automation shows ‘No rules yet’ and ‘Add rule’ opens a blank builder (entity datalist + operator + value + action + debounce/release/window). There are no templates to start from. WHY: the escalation ladder runs on the hub regardless, but operator rules add value only if they are easy to author; a blank compound-condition form is a high barrier. HOW: ship a small library of one-click templates grounded in what the kit already exposes – e.g. ‘Probe dark > 4h -> banner’, ‘Tent temp > 30C -> critical banner’, ‘RH > 65% while dehumidifier idle -> warn’, ‘VPD out of band > 2h -> warn’. Each pre-fills the builder for editing. Pairs with the probe-dark alert idea. Found live 8.2.0.
