The 2026-09-12 pass reads and writes camera settings through v4l2 ioctls, which only exist for a USB webcam on the brain Pi. An IP camera on the RTSP or snapshot kinds has the same knobs (exposure mode, white balance, anti-flicker, focus) but reaches them over ONVIF or a vendor CGI, so its drawer shows framing only. If the kit gains IP cameras worth tuning, an ONVIF imaging lane would be the equivalent. Framing (mirror/flip/rotate/zoom) already works for every source kind, so this is only about the camera-side knobs.
