Light desk sunrise / sunset / min-dark-hours writes never reached the hub (stored as brain helpers)

Found during Pass S2 (2026-09-07). HUB_NUMBER_ENTITY_TO_OID only listed 13 writable numbers; number.dsc_hub_sunrise_duration, _sunset_duration and _min_dark_hours (plus every other ingest-only number) fell through call_service_proxy to set_helper, so the Light desk’s TargetNumber inputs wrote a brain helper and the hub kept its own value while the SPA showed the edit. Fixed in S2 by extending the writable map to all 33 hub numbers (slug object ids from the v4 firmware names) and, on Settings, by the brain-owned hub_tunables path with sync state. Verify on the Pi: edit Sunrise on the Light desk, confirm number.dsc_hub_sunrise_duration changes on the hub (ESPHome web UI) within one poll.
