FIX 2026-09-06 (code landed, unverified on live): the Root pot-moisture chart ‘dry’ line is now bound to global_modifiers.moisture_dry_pct (default 30, clamp 5–80). Brain: added to DEFAULT_MODIFIERS + get/set_global_modifiers. SPA: BandChartHost fetches getGlobalModifiers() and uses moisture_dry_pct for the ChartTarget; Settings → Brain (Global tuning) has a ‘Pot dry line %’ input saved via Save global tuning. — ORIGINAL: hardcoded {value: 30, label: ‘dry 30%’} in BandChartHost with no live setting.
