Probe N/P/K and *_raw history is unreachable: recorder writes pot metric ‘nitrogen’ / ‘moisture_pct_raw’, /history resolves ‘soil_nitrogen’ / ‘soil_moisture_raw

FIXED in PR #259 (merged 2026-09-14, master a500003): history_ops.resolve_entity_metric consults ENTITY_FLEET_MAP for pot seats and routes the generic probe shape through esphome_client._pot_field_for, so sensor.dsc_probe2_soil_nitrogen -> (‘pot2′,’nitrogen’) and *_raw -> moisture_pct_raw etc. 5 tests. Verify live: open Probe 2 N in the inspector at 48h after the deploy and see brain points, not a single live-append point. — Original: Reproduced 2026-09-14 from the operator’s screenshots of ‘dsc probe2 soil nitrogen’: the 48 h view held one point (the value the SPA appended on open) and the 1 h view then grew points while the drawer stayed open – the brain returned zero history and the chart was drawing the client-side live tail. Root cause: EsphomeIngest._apply_readings records every pot numeric under its POT_MAP key, but resolve_entity_metric had no static entry for N/P/K or the raw channels and fell through to the generic probe shape, which returned (‘pot2′,’soil_nitrogen’) – a series nothing writes.
