FIX 2026-09-06 (code landed, unverified on live): EntityToggle now derives pending = pendingOn != null && busOn !== pendingOn and renders it — dashed pulsing border (.is-pending), italic ‘ON…’/’OFF…’ state text, and a ‘waiting for the hub to confirm’ title. Optimistic-state fallback timeout also raised 8s → 75s to cover the real ~60s hub mirror lag (was snapping back mid-write). — ORIGINAL: no visual cue that an EntityToggle flip was optimistic/unconfirmed.
