Lamp came on when I released a hold
That is catch-up: the hub makes up missed lit hours, and releasing a hold during catch-up turns the lamp on. The desk's Cancel catch-up needs a newer hub firmware to act. Keep the hold on until the window passes, or accept the catch-up.
Lamp off inside its window (2×4 MISSING IN WINDOW)
- Manual light hold on? Clear it (the roll-on dialog tells you what will happen).
- Auto photoperiod off under Settings › Light?
- Hub clock invalid (Settings › System › Time): the hub thinks it is a different time. Give it internet for SNTP or set local time at fleet setup.
- The SF1000's own dimming knob at zero: the lamp's hardware overrides the hub. The light control path row says so.
- A dark period violation guard: the hub refuses to light inside the minimum dark hours.
- A Safety cut-off is active: a smoke, gas or CO alarm carrying that task switched the lamp plugs (Lamp plug · 4×8, Lamp plug · 2×4) off and holds them off until you release it under Settings › Devices › Zigbee › Safety cut-off. Hub-dimmed fixtures are not cut.
Lamp on in the dark period (critical)
A hold left on, a manual toggle, or a lamp plug with an on schedule left in the vendor app. Clear the hold; remove any on-schedule from the plug (keep only an off-only schedule).
The 4×8 says lit but the tent is dark (or the reverse)
The hub has no output and no sensor for the 4×8 lamp. Bind a plug to the Lamp plug · 4×8 role: the brain switches it from the hub's window, and the Light desk counts the 4×8's hours from the plug's reported on-time (Got · Lamp plug). That is power at the socket, not a light reading. With no plug the hours come from the photoperiod window (Got · Window). Black camera frames do not prove a dark tent either.
Lamp plug stuck on after a brain restart
A Tuya or Zigbee plug holds its last state when the brain stops. The off-only schedule on the plug is the backstop; set one.
