From a blank SD card to a fleet that reports: flashing, the wizard, Wi-Fi join, Zigbee, Tuya, cameras.

• 01Before you start — what you need
  Hardware, network and accounts to have ready before flashing the SD card.
• 02Flash the SD image and first boot
  Download the release image, write it with Raspberry Pi Imager, boot the Pi and find the dashboard.
• 03Setup wizard — the five steps
  Welcome → USB flash → Fleet join → Zigbee → Go live. What each step checks and what 'debt' means.
• 04Fleet Wi-Fi join (hub hotspot portal)
  Using the hub's DSC-Setup-XXXX portal to put the hub, panel and probes on a network; local-only vs home Wi-Fi.
• 05Flashing devices over USB
  How the USB flash step works, the kit roles it offers, boot-mode tips, and the fallback paths.
• 06Zigbee — pairing and binding roles
  Plug in SkyConnect, open permit-join, pair a sensor or plug, then give it a role, a zone and optionally a task.
• 07Tuya / SmartLife Wi-Fi devices (local)
  Bind a SmartLife plug or water tester by its local key; the one-controller rule; the lamp-plug backstop.
• 08Cameras — adding a camera
  Source kinds (USB, snapshot, MJPEG, RTSP, motionEye), test-before-save, framing, webcam controls and the old-Pi recipe.
• 09Adding, replacing and retiring devices
  Kit inventory: in service, add a seat, swap a probe or plug, retire hardware, re-run setup.
