Alerts desk

Active alerts by severity, acknowledge and snooze presets, away mode, the rules panel, reminders, and the 24 h history filter.

The desk header shows FULL AUTO (or FULL AUTO OFF), MANUAL TAKEOVER and FAN OVERRIDE so you know why the room is behaving as it is. The headline badge follows the highest active severity.

Each alert card shows the zone (with a WARN or INFO tag when the alert is not critical), the alert's name, what the hub did about it in the last 6 hours (No automatic action recorded in the last 6 h otherwise), the fix, how long this screen has seen it (the hub does not stamp alert start times), a button to the desk that can fix it, and the acknowledge control. Nothing active. The hub has nothing to say. is the empty state. Alerts switched off under Settings › Alerts are counted in a footnote, not shown.

Smoke, gas and CO. A smoke, gas or carbon monoxide alarm bound to a hazard role in Settings › Devices raises Smoke detected, Gas detected or Carbon monoxide as critical the moment it reports, with no hold; the card's button is Open safety alarms. Safety alarm silent (warn) means a bound alarm has not reported for over a day. These alerts switch nothing. The opt-in Safety cut-off task (Settings › Devices › Zigbee) is what switches the heater, heat mat and lamp plugs off when an alarm trips; by default they stay off until you release the cut-off there.

Acknowledge hides a card for the duration shown beside it; pick another from its menu first if you want. The presets are 1 h, 4 h, 12 h and until hub boot (the one-click default). Choose which durations are offered (15 min to 1 day, or until hub boot) and which one a single click uses under Settings › Alerts › Delivery › Acknowledge presets. An acknowledged card says how long is left and offers un-acknowledge. Acknowledgements are stored on the brain and keyed by hub boot, so they survive a page reload and clear on a real hub reboot. The failsafe alert cannot be switched off in Settings › Alerts (it reads always on), and quiet hours never silence it. snooze 24 h on a reminder card hides it for a day; the cadence is untouched and it does not count as done.

Settings › Alerts › Away mode delivers critical alerts only while you are away. Warn and info are still recorded and shown here.

A panel listing each automation rule with its condition, scope, hub action and live state (ARMED, PENDING inside the debounce, FIRING, RELEASING or WRITE FAILED), with an On switch. Fired counts are not recorded yet. Edit rules in Settings opens Settings › Automation; Open Climate command goes to Climate.

The last 24 hours of the grow log, up to 40 lines, each tagged ALERT (a notable the hub flagged), HUB (something it switched) or NOTE. The filter chips are Everything, Hide HUB switching and Alerts only; this browser remembers the choice. Nothing matches this filter in the last 24 h. is a valid state. Toast and tone on a new alert are per browser (Settings › Alerts › Delivery). Quiet hours silence the tone. Push to a phone is an INVENTED row today: the software has a place for it, the rig has no relay.
